What’s your favorite recipe?

If I say my most favorite curry, then the name will come Mushroom curry.

Mushroom curry is one such curry that we consider a pure food, a forbidden food among the Non Vegetarian. Self-satisfaction is found in this meal and the enjoyment of eating is also different.

Not the high rate and not the least rate on the market. Spices are one of the items that are available in the market throughout the year.

This curry is one of my favorite among other Non Vegetarian dishes and is a favorite every day at home.

I eat more food that day because I eat more because of that taste. Yes, that desire fills up half of the stomach and the rest is left to eat.

Then I will say again that my favorite curry is my Mushroom curry.

ମୋର ସବୁଠୁ ପ୍ରିୟ ତରକାରୀ ଯଦି କହିବି ସେଠି ନାମ ଆସିବ ଛତୁ ତରକାରୀ ।

ଛତୁ ତରକାରୀ ଏମିତି ଏକ ତରକାରୀ ଯାହାକୁ ଆମେ ଶୁଦ୍ଧ ଭୋଜନ ରେ ଗଣତି କରୁ ମାନେ ଆମିଷ ନିଷେଧ ଭୋଜନ। ଏହି ଭୋଜନ ରେ ଆତ୍ମ ତୃପ୍ତି ମିଳେ ଏବଂ ଖାଇବା ର ମଜା ମଧ୍ୟ ଅଲଗା ଥାଏ । ବଜାର ରେ ସବୁଠୁ ଅଧିକ ମଧ୍ୟ ନୁହେଁ ଆଉ ବହୁତ୍ କମ୍ ମଧ୍ୟ ନୁହେଁ।

ଛତୁ ଏମିତି ଏକ ଜିନିଷ ଯାହା ପ୍ରାୟତଃ ବର୍ଷ ସାରା ବଜାର ରେ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ହୋଇଥାଏ। ଅନ୍ୟ ଆମିଷ ଭୋଜନ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ଏହି ତରକାରୀ ମୋର ସବୁଠୁ ଅଧିକ ପ୍ରିୟ ଏବଂ ଯେଉଁଦିନ ଘରେ ଛତୁ ତରକାରୀ ହୁଏ । ସେଦିନ ମୁଁ ଅଧିକା ଭୋଜନ ଖାଏ କାରଣ ସେ ସ୍ଵାଦ ରେ ମୁଁ ଅଧିକ ଖାଇ ପକାଏ।

ହଁ ସେ ବାସ୍ନା ରେ ତ ଅଧା ପେଟ ପୁରିଯାଏ ବାକି ଖାଇବା ଟା ବାକି ଥାଏ। ତେବେ ପୁଣି କହିବି ସବୁଠୁ ପ୍ରିୟ ତରକାରୀ ଭାବରେ ମୋର ଛତୁ ତରକାରୀ ଅଧିକ ପ୍ରିୟ ତରକାରୀ । ତେବେ ଆପଣ ମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ନିଜ ନିଜର ମତାମତ ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ।
