What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
One such advice that I always keep echoing in my mind is that if you spend 4 hours every day on your body and reading, you can live comfortably for the next 40 years.

What things give you energy?
Alone: when I feel sad I cry more inside a closed room and after crying I feel energetic.
Family and friends: My family and friends give me support for every moment that I need some help.
Music: I listened to spiritual songs and felt full of energy in my mind.
Food: The sudhh satvik food gives me more energy in my inner body except for the non-vegetarian foods.
Yoga: It gives me calm creates inner energy and motivates me always and every time on my body.

How do you celebrate holidays?
Whenever there is a holiday. I have more work that day. To do this work and to do that work. But actually that work is not done on the same day. Tired after a little work. And the sleep disturbances begin. Sleep also comes at a time when you have time to do real work. Like I will do that work later but then that work is not done. If we talk about travel and trip, if I go on a trip, i spends the day very well and I spend that day very well with my family.

What are your favorite types of foods?
If I had to give my opinion I would say that my most favorite food is rice, dal, and fried potatoes and if rice is not available then roti will do. And if there is one more dish I can find in place of roti or rice, it is fried potatoes with plain water mixed rice. Oh what a taste. The feeling of peace in the stomach after eating is truly different.

How often do you walk or run?
I’ve been running every day for the past 17 years and every time these 17 years have made me more energetic.
But the current situation is somewhat different. As the age increases and the daily routine changes in the body.
Like knee pain and back pain etc. Such hardship happens when the day becomes too hectic.
But still I have not given up running but now I prefer to walk rather than running and that again in bare feet. As a result of which the body gets fresh and unique energy.
And it’s more effective too. It should take more than 1 hour. The higher the difficulty, the higher the value of the benefit.

ଯେମିତି କି ଆଣ୍ଠୁ ବ୍ୟଥା ଏବଂ ଅଣ୍ଟା ବ୍ୟଥା ଇତ୍ୟାଦି। ଏପରି କଷ୍ଟ ଦାୟକ ସେତେବେଳେ ହୁଏ ଯେଉଁ ଦିନ ଅଧିକ ଦୌଡ ହୋଇଯାଏ। ମାତ୍ର ଏବେ ମଧ୍ୟ ମୁଁ ଦୌଡ କୁ ଛାଡି ନାହିଁ କିନ୍ତୁ ବର୍ତମାନ ଦୌଡ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ମୁଁ ଚାଲିବା ପାଇଁ ଅଧିକ ପସନ୍ଦ କରେ ଏବଂ ତାହା ପୁଣି ଖାଲି ପାଦରେ ।
ଯାହା ଫଳରେ ଶରୀର ସତେଜ ଏବଂ ଅନନ୍ୟ ଶକ୍ତି ମିଳିଥାଏ। ଏବଂ ଏହା ଅଧିକ ଫଳପ୍ରଦ ମଧ୍ୟ । ଏହା ୧ଘଣ୍ଟା ରୁ ଅଧିକ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍। ଯେତେ ଅଧିକ କଷ୍ଟ ସେତେ ଅଧିକ ଫାଇଦା ର ମୂଲ୍ୟବୋଧ।
Do you see yourself as a leader?
I see in myself a leader who never backs down and has the courage to face the situation. Always feel fresh and fit everywhere. That is the hallmark of my true leadership qualities.

My first duty this evening is to outline my daily work.

I left Odisha for a training and went to Rajasthan. I had absolutely no desire to leave the house at that time. Still have to go. Because if there is no job, there is no respect in life. So I was forced to leave home to get some respect. Yes, it was very difficult. Because after my last exam I had the joining letter in my hand. I had only 4 days and for those 4 days I chose to stay at home and stay with my mother only. I did not realize that those four days were passing so quickly. Finally, I left for my place of work. Before the job I have to go for training that is again in Rajasthan. Had to go through by train. The train journey was very difficult. I and some other friends did not have confirmed tickets. The journey was two days long. Even if there were friends in the next coach, they did not want to call him because he would have trouble sleeping. In this case, we had no desire to put others in trouble without their own confirmed tickets. I spent two days in difficulty. On the one hand, the pain of leaving the house and on the other hand the difficulty of traveling by standing sometimes by the bathroom and sometimes by the door were different. Food was not good, nor sleeping was good but still I persevered and reached Rajasthan. It was the lamest time I ever had in my life.
ଯେବେ ମୁଁ ଚାକିରି ପାଇଁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ରୁ ଯେବେ ରାଜସ୍ଥାନ ଯିବାକୁ ବାହାରିଲି। ସେତେବେଳେ ଘରୁ ବାହାରି ଯିବାକୁ ମୋର ବିଲକୁଲ ଇଚ୍ଛା ନଥିଲା । ତଥାପି ଯିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ। କାରଣ ଯଦି ଚାକିରି ନାହିଁ ତ ଜିବନରେ ଇଜ୍ଜତ ନାହିଁ । ତେବେ ସେ ଇଜ୍ଜତ ଟିକେ ପାଇବା ପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ଘର ଛାଡ଼ିବାକୁ ବାଧ୍ୟ ହେଲି। ହଁ ବହୁତ୍ କଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଥିଲା। କାରଣ ମୋର ଶେଷ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ପରେ ପରେ ମୋ ହାତରେ ଜୋଇନିଂ ଲେଟର ଥିଲା । ମୋ ପାଖରେ କେବଳ 4 ଦିନ ସମୟ ଥିଲା ଏବଂ ସେ ଚାରିଦିନ କେବଳ ମୁଁ ଘରେ ରହିବାକୁ ପସନ୍ଦ କରିଲି ଏବଂ କେବଳ ମୋ ମା ପାଖରେ ରହିବାକୁ ପସନ୍ଦ କରିଲି । ସେହି ଚାରିଦିନ ଏତେ ଶୀଘ୍ର ଚାଲି ଯାଉଥିଲା ମୋତେ ଜଣା ପଡିଲା ନାହିଁ । ଶେଷରେ ବାହାରିଲି ମୁଁ ମୋ ଚାକିରି ସ୍ଥଳ କୁ। ଚାକିରି ପୂର୍ବରୁ ମୋତେ ଟ୍ରେନିଂ ପାଇଁ ଯିବାକୁ ହେବ ତାହା ପୁଣି ରାଜସ୍ଥାନ ରେ । ଟ୍ରେନ ଦ୍ଵାରା ଦେଇ ଯିବାକୁ ପଡିଲା। ଟ୍ରେନ ର ସଫର୍ ବହୁତ୍ କଷ୍ଟ ଦାୟକ ଥିଲା । ମୁଁ ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟ କିଛି ସାଙ୍ଗ ମାନଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ କନଫର୍ମ ଟିକେଟ ନଥିଲା । ସେ ସଫର ଦୁଇ ଦିନ ର ଥିଲା । ପାଖ କୋଚ୍ ରେ ସାଙ୍ଗ ମାନେ ଥିଲେ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ସେମାନେ ଡାକିବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରିଲେ ନାହିଁ କାରଣ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଶୋଇବାରେ ଅସୁବିଧା ହେବ । ଏମିତି ରେ ନିଜର କନଫର୍ମ ଟିକେଟ ନଥାଇ ଅନ୍ୟକୁ ଅସୁବିଧା ର ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ କରିବାରେ ଆମର ତିଳେ ମାତ୍ର ଇଚ୍ଛା ନଥିଲା । କଷ୍ଟରେ ଦୁଇ ଦିନ କାଟି ଦେଲୁ। ଏପଟେ ଘରୁ ଛାଡ଼ି ଆସିବାର ଦୁଃଖ ଏବଂ ସେପଟେ କେତେବେଳେ ବାଥରୁମ ପାଖରେ ତ କେତେବେଳେ ଦ୍ଵାର ପାଖରେ ଠିଆ ହୋଇ ସେ ସଫର୍ କରିବାର କଷ୍ଟ କିଛି ଅଲଗା ଥିଲା। ଖାଇବା ଠିକ୍ ନଥିଲା, ନା ଶୋଇବା ଠିକ୍ ଥିଲା କିନ୍ତୁ ତଥାପି ସହ୍ୟ କରି ମୁଁ ପହଞ୍ଚି ଗଲି ରାଜସ୍ଥାନ ରେ। ଏହା ଥିଲା ଛୋଟିଆ ସମୟ ଟିଏ ଯାହା ମୁଁ ମୋ ଜୀବନରେ ଘଟି ଥିଲା।

Two months ago I moved from my own place of work to another place for some long work.
due to minor anxiety but I was spending almost time in anxiety to solve this problem.
But I took a break from that place and came back to the real workplace just to solve that problem and that thought was so disturbing to me that my reading style changed my life completely.

At the request of the superior officer, I came back from that place of work and I got down to solving that concern.
The whole family was involved in this concern, who was more and who was less.
The path to solving that problem led me to a small task I did two years ago.
Time
I never expected that that work would help me to solve the current problem today.
Today I realized that the results of the work done earlier are good and the problem was solved two days ago.
My family and me, all are very happy because of this solution and I am also in tears because of this happiness.

ମାତ୍ର ମୁଁ ସେହି ସ୍ଥାନ ରୁ ବିରତି ନେଇ ଫେରି ଆସିଲି ଅସଲି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସ୍ଥଳ କୁ କେବଳ ସେ ସମସ୍ୟା ର ସମାଧାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏବଂ ସେହି ଚିନ୍ତା ଏତେ ମୋତେ ବିବ୍ରତ କରୁଥାଏ ଯେ ମୋର ପାଠ ପଢା ମୋର ଜୀବନ ଶୈଳୀ ସମୁଦାୟ ଭାବେ ବଦଳି ଯାଇଥିଲା।
ଉପର ଅଫିସରଙ୍କ ଅନୁରୋଧ ରେ ମୁଁ ସେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସ୍ଥଳରୁ ଫେରି ଆସିଲି ଏବଂ ମୁଁ ସେ ଚିନ୍ତା ର ସମାଧାନ ରେ ଲାଗି ପଡ଼ିଲି। ଏହି ଚିନ୍ତା ରେ ପୁରା ପରିବାର ସଂପୃକ୍ତ ଥିଲେ, କିଏ ଅଧିକା ତ ଆଉ କିଏ କମ୍ ।
ସେ ଚିନ୍ତା ର ସମାଧାନ ର ରାସ୍ତା ମୋତେ ପରିଣାମ ସ୍ବରୂପ ଗୋଟିଏ ଛୋଟିଆ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଯାହା ମୁଁ ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷ ପୂର୍ବେ କରିଥିଲି ।
ମୁଁ କେବେ ଆଶା କରି ନଥିଲି ଯେ ସେହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଦ୍ଵାର ଆଜି ବର୍ତମାନ ର ସମସ୍ୟା କୁ ସମାଧାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମୋତେ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ମିଳିବ ।

ସେ ସମାଧାନ ଯୋଗୁ ମୁଁ ଆଉ ମୋ ପରିବାର ବହୁତ୍ ଖୁସି ଏବଂ ସେ ଖୁସି ଯୋଗୁ ମୋତେ ଖୁସିର ଲୁହ ରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଭିଜିଛି।

Why do you blog?
It is my passion and it’s give my happiness and when I want to start writing that time I forgot everything and start writing till the full stop. Sometimes it’s needed comma but I can’t use it. I like full of sentences. It’s inspiring me a lot for writing.
How are you feeling right now?
I haven’t had a single moment since yesterday and I don’t even know how the day went. And now it is so fresh and weak that it cannot be described.

What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
The knowledge I gain from my daily reading helps me a lot in the days to come. Reading a text every day feels like saving my money every day. The more I read, the more I feel myself gaining knowledge. Actually I am gaining more knowledge now than in my past life but I don’t know if it will be really beneficial or not. But I know this knowledge is my most profitable course. Let all my friends, like me, continue to acquire more knowledge ahead of time and be concerned about how it will be beneficial in the next life as well.

This show makes me a kid and when this show played on tv I feel like a kid. I’m indulge inside this show. And I lose myself in that show. Honestly, watching this show still makes me feel so happy.

What’s your favorite recipe?
If I say my most favorite curry, then the name will come Mushroom curry.
Mushroom curry is one such curry that we consider a pure food, a forbidden food among the Non Vegetarian. Self-satisfaction is found in this meal and the enjoyment of eating is also different.
Not the high rate and not the least rate on the market. Spices are one of the items that are available in the market throughout the year.
This curry is one of my favorite among other Non Vegetarian dishes and is a favorite every day at home.
I eat more food that day because I eat more because of that taste. Yes, that desire fills up half of the stomach and the rest is left to eat.
Then I will say again that my favorite curry is my Mushroom curry.

ମୋର ସବୁଠୁ ପ୍ରିୟ ତରକାରୀ ଯଦି କହିବି ସେଠି ନାମ ଆସିବ ଛତୁ ତରକାରୀ ।
ଛତୁ ତରକାରୀ ଏମିତି ଏକ ତରକାରୀ ଯାହାକୁ ଆମେ ଶୁଦ୍ଧ ଭୋଜନ ରେ ଗଣତି କରୁ ମାନେ ଆମିଷ ନିଷେଧ ଭୋଜନ। ଏହି ଭୋଜନ ରେ ଆତ୍ମ ତୃପ୍ତି ମିଳେ ଏବଂ ଖାଇବା ର ମଜା ମଧ୍ୟ ଅଲଗା ଥାଏ । ବଜାର ରେ ସବୁଠୁ ଅଧିକ ମଧ୍ୟ ନୁହେଁ ଆଉ ବହୁତ୍ କମ୍ ମଧ୍ୟ ନୁହେଁ।

I was very happy that day when I took my child in my arms.
That time was the most memorable and happy moment for me. Even so, I love the baby very much, but when I found my own child in my arms, I forgot all my sorrows.
Yes, there was a little trouble a while ago that was not meant to be with me. It’s the time of the corona epidemic. My wife was perfectly capable of normal delivery but the doctors lied to me and gave many reasons and finally said that if your wife has a normal delivery then both mother and baby will face problems.
But I know my wife is perfectly fine but they forced her to have a cesarean by giving her a pain killer injection. This incident I came to know later and it is a business that almost doctors do in some hospital but it is wrong and sinful.
By lying to a man and cutting his body, she gives birth to a baby that she was perfectly capable of giving birth to normally.
People say that doctors are another form of God, so if God-like doctors become monsters for the sake of some money, then the common man becomes helpless.
Who can say that the life of his wife and child could not be lost there if he protested??

but after taking my son in my arms, I got infinite happiness.
उस दिन मैं बहुत खुश थी जब मैंने अपने बच्चे को गोद में लिया। वो समय मेरे लिए सबसे यादगार और ख़ुशी का पल था। यूं तो मैं बच्चे से बहुत प्यार करती हूं, लेकिन जब मैंने अपने बच्चे को अपनी गोद में पाया तो मैं अपने सारे दुख भूल गई।
हाँ, कुछ समय पहले थोड़ी परेशानी हुई थी जो मेरे साथ नहीं होनी थी। यह कोरोना महामारी का समय है. मेरी पत्नी सामान्य प्रसव कराने में पूरी तरह सक्षम थी लेकिन डॉक्टरों ने मुझसे झूठ बोला और कई कारण बताए और अंत में कहा कि अगर आपकी पत्नी की सामान्य प्रसव हुआ तो मां और बच्चे दोनों को परेशानी होगी।
लेकिन मैं जानता हूं कि मेरी पत्नी बिल्कुल ठीक है लेकिन उन्होंने उसे पेन किलर इंजेक्शन देकर सिजेरियन करने के लिए मजबूर किया। यह घटना मुझे बाद में पता चला और यह एक व्यवसाय है जो लगभग डॉक्टर अपने अस्पताल में करते हैं लेकिन यह गलत और पापपूर्ण है।
एक आदमी से झूठ बोलकर और उसके शरीर को काटकर, वह एक बच्चे को जन्म देती है जिसे वह सामान्य रूप से जन्म देने में पूरी तरह सक्षम थी।

Whenever I see a senior officer, I have strong faith in my mind and encourage me again and again. A frenzy arises in my mind to get me to that place and so much that it fills my mind with a unique hope for that thing. That he shows me the path of new direction to move to the position. I am trying to reach a goal which is very tough but I don’t want to give up on my efforts.
How do you plan your goals?
As time goes by, I try to be realistic about my goals and time and keep them balanced.
I have a dream of becoming a Higher Officer in my life but I don’t know whether the burden of this time and this position will hold my patience until I reach the destination!

When I wear a uniform and standing near the Indian flag.

What profession do you admire most and why?
Since my childhood, I had the hope of becoming a software engineer.
But the mode of life was something different and I reached the step to serve the country.
So being in this position I am very proud of my job. But I wanted to become a big officer in my life.

Sometimes I think I leave this job and do some other business. So what if I do business? That is also a concern if the job is going on. But still in this busy life, how long will I do this job? Then again, what else should I do instead of a job? That’s business again. Let’s see.
I would like to start a coffee shop. There is a lot of Flavours coffee served for everyone. Will it run again or not if the biography is damaged? But again I will have a nice bakery tea at the coffee shop. The bakery is also doing very well. But the biggest thing happened. The bakery system is already there in our market. But as a matter of fact, I will have a coffee shop with a bakery. And put special items that will get people interested and people will start coming. What’s the most money you’ve ever spent on a meal? Was it worth it?
A small moment was from Delhi. Once left out of competitive class, the reason was not known. So me and my friend along with a girl. We went to West Gate Mall in Rajouri Garden. Just walking around, no shopping. After roaming around for some time, we thought of having ice cream. Reached the stall to have ice cream. There were many flavors of ice cream. But all three of us ate the same flavor. And when it came to paying the bill, the stall owner said that he would have to pay in cash, online is not working. I asked how much. All three of us had thought that it would be within 300 to 400 rupees maximum, but when the stall owner said that your total was 1155 rupees. I lost my senses. I said what a joke brother. The brother of the stall said that the cost of one ice cream is Rs.385. So hiding my fault, he said why didn’t you tell me earlier that this is such a rate?? So he turned around and said that you didn’t even ask how much is the rate! I am silent!!! Come on now, when you have eaten half, you will have to pay the money. I checked my purse, it had only 550 rupees in it. Asked my friend do you have it. My friend said Brother, today I did not bring the purse at all. And the girl, no question. How can you ask for that? Respect will go away. Let’s fill in the thought itself. But before that, we ate ice cream and after that moved toward the ATM under the mall for money. Saw there that the ATM is out of order. यह छोटा सा पल दिल्ली का था । एक बार कॉम्पिटेटिव क्लास से छूटी मिली कारण पता नहीं चला। तो में और मेरा दोस्त साथ मैं एक लड़की । हम चले राजौरी गार्डन में वेस्ट गेट मॉल में । सिर्फ घूमना है कोई खरीदारी नहीं करना है । कुछ देर घूमने के बाद हम आइस क्रीम खाने केलिए सोचे। आइस क्रीम खाने केलिए स्टॉल के पास पहुंचे । वहां आइस क्रीम की बहुत सारी फ्लेवर था। मगर हम तीनो एक ही फ्लेवर हो खाए। और जब बिल भरने को बात आई तो स्टॉल वाले भैया बोले की कैश देना पड़ेगा ऑनलाइन काम नहीं कर रहा है। मैंने पूछा कितना हुआ ? हम तीनो ने सोचा था ज्यादा से ज्यादा 300 से 400 के अंदर होगा मगर जब स्टॉल वाले भैया बोले की आपका टोटल 1155 रूपए हुआ । मेरा तो होश उड़ गया। में बोला क्या मजाक है भाई। स्टॉल वाले भैया बोले की एक आइस क्रीम का दाम 385 रूपए है। तो अपनी गलती को छुपाते हुए बोला की आप पहले क्यों नहीं बताए की यह इतना रेट है ?? तो उसने पलट के बोला की आप भी तो नहीं पूछे की कितना रेट है ! में चुप !!! चलो अभी आधा आधा जब खा लिया तो पैसा तो भरना पड़ेगा। में अपनी पर्स चेक किया उसमे सिर्फ 550 रूपए ही थे। मेरे दोस्त को पूछा की तुम्हारे पास है क्या ? बो बोला भैया में आज पर्स लाया ही नहीं। और बच गई लड़की । उसको कैसे मांग सकते हैं। इज्जत चली जाएगी। चलो सोचा में ही भर देता हूं। मगर उससे पहले हम आइस क्रीम खाए उसके बाद पैसे केलिए मॉल के नीचे एटीएम में आया। वहां देखा की एटीएम तो आउट ऑफ ऑर्डर है। फिर गार्ड को पुछा की एटीएम कहां है। गार्ड बोले की आगे 200 मीटर में एक एटीएम है । फिर भागा वहां । अच्छा हुआ वहां मिल गया । तब तक 20 मिनिट हो चुका था । उन दोनो को स्टॉल वाले भैया के पास बिठाकर में आया था कैश लेने। वहां पैसा देने के बाद तीनो चुप चाप रूम में आए । वहां से एक सबक तो मिला की पहले कुछ भी खाना है । पहले रूपए पूछना है उसके बाद खाना है। यह था एक छोटी सी पल जो मेरे साथ बिता था। अगर आपके साथ ऐसा कोई पल है जो शेयर कर सकें तो जरूर शेयर करें ।

My writing skills makes me very happy.
When I start writing something, my happiness doubles.
Many sentences seem to blur one after the other, connecting words to each other, giving birth to new words, and it’s never ending.
It is forced to the end and finally becomes two pages again trying to find the final word.
When I see where the meaning of the writing starts and where it reaches, I can’t even know. Indeed, it is a unique irony when the prospect of writing is awakened by the thought of sitting idle and not being able to finish when one begins to write.

My parents always support with me and what they teach me i always follow that.

on 2015 I listen Good News that my friend being father on that day.
On 2016, that day blank day, bcoz I don’t remind what I did this day.
Same day on 2017 on I visit the V2 mall at Delhi and purchase a shirt which is so special for me.
What special?? When I wear the T shirt something happened well with me.
On 2017 I visited the Humayun Tomb on that day with my friend and it’s enjoyable day of me.
On 2018 the same day i returned to home from my job for meet my family.
On 2019, i take leave and stayed at home at that time my cute son and me talk to both.
On 2020, I engage with my training schedule whole day and prepare for Operation.
On 2021, I am at Andaman & Nicobar enjoying that day at the island.
On 2022, I am at Office work, and whole day busy scheduled.
On the same day 2023 , not special till I write the prompt, if any happening so I must mentioned in my comment box.

What’s the story behind your nickname?

So in this question i mostly says that my Nick Name ” Santosh ” but my School Teacher Sri Kashinath Mishra calling Me by my Nick name “Sudhir ” but why 2 Nick naming for me.
Lets talk about the logically story.
Logically “Santosh” naming calling my family and my village friends that not about the story. I ask to my parents or grand parents there is no clue or story to give me the Nick name.
But the another Nick Name which given by my school teacher that is “Sudhir” it’s little logically. When I m reading at standard one I m seeing very shyness or peace nature boy. Anyways I am peace type of boy all the time. So that’s the logically point “Sudhir” means silent nature and character people so that’s the point my teacher given this name to me.
So that’s the story of my Nick name.
