Here i want to tell the 4 point or this is the really needed for daily life is better sharpness for your life, the first thing is
1stly, The Peace Mind : if you are a busy person and you do not free your mind and continually workload taken over so that once time came you are alone from the daily lifestyle.
work is needed but also needed the peace mind. because peace mind gives energy and boost up your daily lifestyle.
2ndly, The Family : Even if your did not give time for your family, so u are not a man so i thing you are a robot or a selfish person. daily lifestyle with family is good but daily lifestyle without family is worst your life. so give the time daily for your family.
3rdly, Exercise : if you do your duty continuously so its pressurize your mind and your nervous system make laziness for your body. hence little or some minutes life one hour only, do exercise and keep yoga that the benefited for your daily lifestyle and it is boost up your good life.
4th, Good Diet : now a days the trend for junk foods, so i suggested to your good health , taking good food or good diet only because good diet digest your food and its boost up your good life if you are taking junk foods so your digestive system did not work properly and you feel laziness and you give up your work very fast.
