Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?

I followed my diet control and doing excercise for my health (Yoga and Running etc) and stay Happy and motivated.

The special point if you followed that then you still live long. That is daily do breathing control excercise like breathing hold and inhale and exhale slowly.

Follow this point , you can believe and you feel too much healthy and smooth and glazing on your face.
