What motivates you?

Whenever I see a senior officer, I have strong faith in my mind and encourage me again and again. A frenzy arises in my mind to get me to that place and so much that it fills my mind with a unique hope for that thing. That he shows me the path of new direction to move to the position. I persevere in my efforts but it is questionable whether time and the consequences of my hardships will bring me good results. But that time has inspired me. Whether true or not is unknown.

ଯେବେ ମୁଁ କୌଣସି ବଡ ଅଫିସର କୁ ଦେଖେ ସେତେବେଳେ ମନରେ ମୋର ଦୃଢ ବିଶ୍ବାସ ଜନ୍ମ ନିଏ ଏବଂ ମୋତେ ବାରମ୍ବାର ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହିତ କରେ । ମୋତେ ସେ ସ୍ଥାନ କୁ ଯିବା ପାଇଁ ମୋ ମନରେ ଉନ୍ମାଦନା ଜାଗି ଉଠେ ଏବଂ ମୋତେ ଏତେ ମାତ୍ରାରେ ସେ ଜିନିଷ ପ୍ରତି ମୋ ମନରେ ଅନନ୍ୟ ଆଶା ଭରିଦିଏ। ଯେ ସେ ପଦବୀ କୁ ଯିବା ପାଇଁ ମୋତେ ନୂତନ ଦିଗ ର ରାସ୍ତା ଦେଖାଏ। ମୋର ଚେଷ୍ଟା ରେ ମୁଁ ଅଟଳ କିନ୍ତୁ ସମୟ ଏବଂ ମୋର କଷ୍ଟ ର ପରିଣାମ ମୋତେ ଉତ୍ତମ ପରିଣାମ ଦେବ କି ନାହିଁ ତାହା ପ୍ରଶ୍ନବାଚୀ ହୋଇ ପଡ଼ିଛି। ତେବେ ସେ ସମୟ ମୋତେ ପ୍ରେରଣା ଦେଇ ଆସିଛି। ସତ ହେବ କି ନାହିଁ ତାହା ଅଜଣା।
