What could you try for the first time?

If something is said to me, I can make a new generation of boy gave successful through by me and my efforts for the first time is performing superb. I can give good experience on how he can choose better path in his/her life. But I need enough time for him and he/she needs to give me all his time. Then I can make that person successful.
